“An engaging performer, with a powerful voice and of impressive agility” (Revue L’Opéra), coloratura soprano Natacha Demers dazzles as much by her luminous voice and effortless high notes as for her naturally charismatic stage presence and vibrant interpretations. She is the recipient of numerous awards and scholarships, including the Azrieli Foundation Scholarship of Excellence, the Opéra Bouffe du Québec Scholarship, and the Lieutenant Governor's Medal. She has won first prizes at the Pierre-de-Saurel Competition and at the Ottawa Kiwanis Festival, and was a finalist at the Opéra de Montréal's Atelier lyrique and the Camille Coloratura Awards.
Endowed with a versatile voice, she blossoms in many styles, in recital, in concert, and in opera. Natacha made a brilliant European debut as soloist with the Czech Virtuosi Orchestra conducted by Jaroslav Kyzlink. She was also a soloist with the Nouvel Opéra Métropolitain, the Orchestre Classique de Montréal, the Festival Classica, Concerts Lachine, Opéra Bouffe du Québec, Le Vivier, Orchestre Symphonique de Gatineau, Hawkesbury Chamber Orchestra, Plaisirs du clavecin, and the FestivalOpéra de Saint-Eustache.

Her roles include Olympia (Offenbach), Tytania (Britten), La Fée (Massenet), and Belinda (Purcell).
For the 2026 season, she is an emerging artist for Manitoba Opera. She was also previously selected as a young artist in the Canadian Opera Company's Summer Opera Intensive, and as laureate of the Jeunes Ambassadeurs Lyriques du Canada.​
